Ryan C. Warner, Ph.D
Ryan C. Warner, Ph.D., CRC assists teams with creating a culture of inclusion to maximize their potential. Dr. Warner is a sought-after licensed clinical psychologist, researcher, speaker, and consultant. He is also a certified rehabilitation counselor and credentialed National Register health service psychologist. His research interests involve PTSD and substance use, clinical health psychology, and the analysis of social forces affecting racial/ethnic minorities. He has conducted talks and trainings at both national and international levels, has been published in various peer review journals, and has served as a graduate-level instructor. Dr. Warner received a bachelor’s degree in Community Health-Rehabilitation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Marquette University.
Sara Rabinovitch
Dr. Sara Rabinovitch is an esteemed Adjunct Assistant Professor in Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Keck Medicine of USC, specializing in mindfulness, diversity, and mental health training. With a PhD in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a BA from NYU, she brings rich academic expertise to her role. Alongside her academic work, Dr. Rabinovitch co-founded EquiSkill by MinMind, an innovative app addressing mental health and DEI issues in the workplace. With over 14 years as a licensed clinical psychologist, she has made impactful contributions to various organizations and holds certifications in MBSR, DBT, and CBT. Drawing on her experience as a former NYU basketball player, she also offers wellness services for student athletes. Driven by a commitment to empowerment and inclusion, Dr. Rabinovitch is dedicated to advancing mental health and holistic well-being.

Dr. Jay Trambadia is a board-certified clinical psychologist specializing in health psychology, organizational behavior, and biopsychosocial interventions. He holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has extensive experience working with diverse clients, including healthcare systems, corporations, sports leagues, and government agencies. Dr. Trambadia provides tailored solutions in crisis management, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise, pain, and substance use. As a speaker and consultant, he delivers workshops on workplace anxiety, motivation, and well-being, and he remains committed to advancing his field through ongoing professional development.
Kimberly Fortin
Kimberly Fortin is a licensed clinical social worker based in New York State with over seventeen years of experience in the field of social work and mental health. Kimberly's educational journey began at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She later pursued her passion for social work at Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY, where she obtained her Master's degree in the field. Her educational background and extensive practical experience allow her to offer a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. In addition to her proficiency in the field of social work, Kimberly has a strong teaching background. She has taught graduate-level social work classes and undergraduate courses in sociology and psychology. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kimberly actively engages in various community outreach organizations. She contributes her time and expertise to initiatives such as the Suicide Prevention and Child Sexual Abuse Taskforc. Additionally, Kimberly serves as a board member for both the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the Agricultural Society, further showcasing her dedication to advocacy and community support.

Sara Amundson is an experienced Social Worker and course writer with a strong background in curriculum development and training. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration, from Washington State University Vancouver Campus. Additionally, she obtained a Master in Social Work from the University of Washington Tacoma Campus. With several years of service as a Social Worker and trainer for the State of Washington, Sara has successfully developed and delivered training programs to hundreds of staff members across the state. Her expertise lies in mental health and case management, encompassing individual and group counseling, assessment, and planning.
